Rehabilitated

Condition Description

A structure that has been given a modern day function. Two types of repurposed buildings:

    1. The first group is Heavily Altered Buildings – structures that are almost unrecognizable from their historic appearance
    2. The second group are buildings with Historically Conscience Alterations (In preservation terms “Rehabilitations”) – changes made to these buildings were done with minimal damage to the historic fabric
